Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of UMAGE.

UMAGE offers a 10-year warranty on all LED components and drivers installed in our LED lamps. This applies to the Asteria, Cassini, Chimes, Omni and Hazel collections. UMAGE offers a two-year warranty on all other products.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The 10-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, that becomes present during normal use and maintenance, according to our instructions delivered together with the product. During this warranty period, UMAGE will repair or replace, at no additional charge, the proven defective component(s) in question, which also cover the LED(s) and/or the LED driver. If deemed necessary the entire product will be replaced at no additional cost.

What will UMAGE do to correct the problem?

UMAGE will either repair or replace the LED lamp at no charge, with a new lamp or refurbish with replacement parts. It is not possible to get a money refund.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for LED lamps purchased from UMAGE is 10 years from the date of purchase. A replacement of the LED lamp or part of the LED lamp assumes the remaining warranty of the original LED lamp or 10 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does the warranty cover?

The 10-year warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do I have to do?

If the LED lamp is purchased within EU: To obtain the warranty service, you must fill out the UMAGE claim form for UMAGE to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can always contact UMAGE directly even if the LED lamp is purchased through a retailer. Using the claim form you will be asked to document the defect and attach your receipt.

If the LED lamp is purchased outside EU: To obtain the warranty service, you must contact the retailer, where you purchased your LED lamp for them to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. When contacting the retailer you will be asked to document the defect and show your receipt. Find and download all marketing material regarding our 10-year warranty here
